"I am a product of
the hard work and values that our community has for its children. I
understand that I am holding up the bar for all the great coaches
and players that have influenced me. My goal is to make our young
men feel part of our family for not only the present but for the
future as well. Every player is welcomed, as they have every right
to the sideline as I. We do great things not because we are
special, but because we do the special things the right way. My
greatest accomplishment is when that young man stops by after his
playing days just to say hello. Our program is a family that can
never be taken away. Once you sweat as a Panther you will always be
a Panther."
